Email is the fastest way to reach us. Choose a topic so your message starts with the information we need.
What to include
Tell us which page or tool you were using, what happened, and what you expected. For saved-project help, include the project title and the email connected to your Acorium account whenever possible. Screenshots are helpful, but remove anything you do not want shared by email.
Protect your information
Never email your password, complete card number, account recovery code, or API key. Acorium will not ask for them. Keep confidential invention details in your authenticated Workspace whenever possible.
What happens next
We will review your message and reply to the address it came from. If the issue affects your account or saved work, we may ask for the account email, project title, page, browser, and approximate time of the problem—never your password.
