ACORIUMEmpowering Inventors
Acorium product roadmap

What we are building next.

Acorium is growing from a research and planning foundation into a fuller invention workspace—one release at a time.

Release path

From a stronger engine to a broader building platform.

Dates describe our current targets and may move as we test, learn, and respond to what inventors need most.

Research Engine

The Research Engine is moving to a stable server foundation for dependable research and report generation. It will be online soon.

Currently in the worksCAD Lab

CAD Lab is currently in the works

  • Build CAD Lab v1 for early design exploration.
  • Launch Code Lab v1 for software-driven invention work.
  • Improve the Workspace based on early use and feedback.
November 2026Community + engine v2

Begin the next Research Engine and community experience

  • Begin production on Research Engine v2.
  • Begin building “Share Your Invention Journey,” a place to blog, share progress, and tell the story behind a project.
  • Begin a Connections page where inventors can discover and connect with helpful people and organizations.
Early 2027Workspace + Labs v2

Deeper planning, sourcing, and support

Production begins on v2 of the Labs and Workspace. We will also prioritize requests to fix issues in the current site while expanding the tools inventors use every day.

  • Add planning and shopping-list pages to the Workspace.
  • Surface manufacturers that may be a fit for a project.
  • Refresh and expand the public inventor resource pages.
  • Explore saved Amazon shopping lists for faster parts purchasing.
  • Seek partnerships with manufacturers and parts suppliers that can help bring builds to life.
Mid 2027Workspace v3

New playgrounds and richer simulation

Begin Workspace v3 with wider simulation and experimentation tools for inventors working across more kinds of physical systems.

  • Add space and aerodynamics playgrounds.
  • Expand physics testing in Sim Lab, including pulley systems.
  • Continue refining the Workspace, Labs, and supporting tools.
Optional one-time support

Help move the roadmap forward.

Acorium's finished tools stay free for everyone. A voluntary contribution helps cover hosting, research infrastructure, the domain and email, and the time required to keep building the items above.

Supporting does not unlock anything. There is no supporter tier, queue priority, subscription, or gated feature. The same tools remain available whether you contribute or not.

Choose a one-time amount. Nothing recurs and Acorium does not keep card details on this site.

$1
one time

A small vote for the next release.

$3
one time

Helps with the everyday cost of keeping the site online.

$5
one time

Backs continued fixes and small improvements.

$10
one time

Helps fund infrastructure and useful inventor tools.

$20
one time

Meaningful support from someone using Acorium regularly.

$50
one time

A larger contribution toward the roadmap.
