What to include
For project-related help, include the project title or Acorium reference number and a clear description of the issue. For refund or billing questions, include the purchased tier and payment date. Do not send full payment-card details.
Protect your information
Acorium will never ask you to email your password, complete card number, or account recovery codes. Share confidential invention details through your authenticated project workspace rather than ordinary email whenever possible.
