What to include
For project-related help, include the project title or Acorium reference number and a clear description of the issue. For account or report-delivery questions, include the invention/project name and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords or other authentication secrets.
Protect your information
Acorium will never ask you to email your password, complete card number, or account recovery codes. Share confidential invention details through your authenticated project workspace rather than ordinary email whenever possible.
