Overview
Acorium packages are customized research and development services. Payment covers the analysis, research, organization, and report preparation performed for the purchased project phase—not a guaranteed favorable conclusion.
The same core refund standard applies to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. This policy applies to purchases made through acorium.tech, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not waived.
Cancellation before custom work begins
If a customer requests cancellation before Acorium begins substantive custom review or research, Acorium will approve a full refund for that purchased phase. A draft being saved in the customer account does not by itself mean substantive work has begun.
After substantive work begins, the all-tier refund promise below applies.
All-tier refund promise
Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 can qualify for a full refund when Acorium cannot materially deliver the scope promised for the purchased package phase.
A difficult idea, high estimated costs, required testing, a cautious or negative conclusion, a recommendation to revise the concept, or a handoff to a qualified specialist does not by itself mean the purchased scope was not delivered. Those findings can be valid outcomes when the promised analysis and next-step planning are materially provided.
If Acorium determines that a material part of the purchased scope cannot be delivered, the customer may request a full refund for that phase. Separate completed phases are reviewed independently.
Circumstances that do not create refund eligibility by themselves
- The report reaches a cautious, negative, or conditional conclusion.
- The project is difficult, expensive, technically complex, or requires additional testing.
- Acorium recommends an engineer, patent attorney, manufacturer, laboratory, developer, safety professional, or other specialist.
- The customer decides not to continue after receiving the purchased analysis.
- The project does not obtain a patent, grant, loan, investment, manufacturer, supplier, partner, customer, regulatory approval, or commercial success.
- A third party declines to respond, participate, quote, fund, manufacture, or work with the customer.
- Market conditions, pricing, contacts, regulations, or third-party information change after delivery.
- The customer delays, provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or does not answer necessary clarifications.
- The customer does not download, use, or act on a delivered report.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges are investigated separately and corrected when verified.
Continued projects and separate tier purchases
Every tier is a separate purchase at the price shown for that phase when checkout is created. Completing an earlier tier does not automatically reduce the price of a later tier; any promotion or discount must be active for that later purchase. A refund decision for one phase does not automatically refund or cancel a separate completed phase.
Corrections and included revisions
Factual mistakes, broken links present at delivery, missing purchased sections, or file-delivery problems should be reported promptly. Acorium may correct the report or provide the revision included with the package.
If Acorium cannot materially correct or provide a missing part of the purchased scope, the customer may request a refund under the all-tier refund promise.
How to request a refund
Email AcoriumLLc@gmail.com from the address connected to the project. Include the project reference, package, payment date, and reason for the request.
Acorium reviews the project record against the package scope and this policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Square and the customer’s financial institution control when the credit becomes visible.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact Acorium before filing a payment dispute so billing errors or service issues can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from using rights provided by law or the card issuer. Knowingly filing a false or misleading dispute may result in account suspension and submission of relevant project and transaction records to the payment processor.
Changes and contact
Acorium may update this policy prospectively. The policy in effect when a phase is purchased will govern that phase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
