Who owns my idea and project content?

You do. Your invention ideas, drawings, text, files, CAD feature history, and other content you submit remain yours. Entering them into Acorium does not give Acorium ownership of your invention.

Acorium receives only the limited permission reasonably needed to host, copy, review, organize, research, process, secure, support, and improve the project service you choose to use. Acorium keeps ownership of its preexisting software, templates, workflows, and platform materials.

The separate Confidentiality and Non-Use Agreement also states that Acorium receives no patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, manufacturing, commercialization, or investment rights in your project merely because you submit it.

Who can access my Workspace?

Workspace requests are tied to the identity in your verified signed-in session. The server does not rely on a user ID supplied by the browser when it reads or writes the current Workspace record.

Private project workspaces and access controls are intended to limit access to you and authorized Acorium personnel and service providers who need access to operate, secure, support, or maintain the service. This is not a promise that no authorized person can ever access data.

The Workspace keeps a local working copy in your browser and mirrors saved project state to an account-scoped Supabase record. CAD geometry is generated in the browser; serializable CAD history is saved with the project so geometry can be rebuilt.

Is my project sent to an AI model?

Current live Acorium tools do not automatically submit Workspace project content to Claude, GPT, or another generative model for inference or training.

The current Research Engine is a deterministic retrieval and analysis workflow rather than a generative answer model. When Research is active, submitted or derived query text needed to perform a search may be sent to outside search and retrieval providers.

Sim Lab can prepare an AI-ready payload for you to copy or download. That is a user-controlled export; the application does not automatically transmit the payload to an outside model.

Which outside services support Acorium?

The current Privacy Policy identifies Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting, Square for payments, Gmail for communications, and research or professional-service providers used to fulfill requested services.

Providers receive only the information needed for their role, subject to Acorium's agreements and applicable law. Search and retrieval providers may receive research query text when needed to return evidence.

Can I export or delete my data?

You can download a JSON copy of the current Workspace record from Account Settings. Individual projects also support local project export. The account interface includes a self-service deletion flow that verifies the signed-in user and removes the current Workspace record before deleting the authentication account.

Deletion does not necessarily erase every record immediately. Limited records may remain where needed for payment and tax obligations, fraud prevention, audit and security logs, disputes, backups, legal compliance, enforcement, or proof that a service was delivered. The Privacy Policy explains these limits.

What security can Acorium promise?

Acorium uses authenticated sessions, access controls, private storage, secure transmission, payment-signature verification, and other reasonable measures appropriate to the current service.

No online service can promise absolute security. Acorium does not claim that project content can never be accessed, or that using the service creates patent protection, professional privilege, or a guaranteed confidential-disclosure outcome in every jurisdiction.
